The intelligently designed lifting arm, added to the tried and tested ProMatic canopy operator, provides a smooth and trouble-free automatic opening of any Hörmann canopy garage door. The device allows people to open and close their garage door with the touch of a button, using BiSecur radio technology.
Along with the convenience of an automated door, the canopy operator provides unrestricted drive-through height with no requirements for additional modifications or an unsightly bow arm device fitted to the rear of the door. No one likes to get out of their car in windy or rainy weather or in the middle of the night, just to open the garage door. With a Hörmann garage door operator, you always have a clear path into your garage, as you can open the garage door and entrance gate quickly, conveniently and safely from within your car using a hand transmitter. Hörmann offers innovative operator technology with the fast, convenient SupraMatic, the inexpensive ProMatic as well as the ProMatic battery, the operator for garages without a power connection.
The certified Hörmann BiSecur radio system is included as standard with all garage door operators. It is characterised by a particularly secure radio connection and is compatible with all Hörmann operators, radio receivers and control elements. With BiSecur, you can control not only your garage door, but also your Hörmann entrance door, the entrance gate or the lights.
If you wish to operate your garage door not only with hand transmitters, code switches or finger-scans, but also with your smartphone, you can use the Hörmann BlueSecur app for this purpose. The self-explanatory user interface of the app can not only be used to operate the garage door via Bluetooth, but also to switch the lighting of the door operator on and off. The app is available as a free download from Google Play and the App Store. A corresponding receiver is already integrated in the Hörmann SupraMatic operator from the 4th generation and optionally available for the ProMatic 4 operator.
The HCP interface integrated in every Hörmann operator also makes networking with external Smart Home systems such as Homematic and Delta Dore possible. As part of a home automation system, the door operator can be conveniently controlled via the user interface of the respective Smart Home system and networked with other smart components as desired. For example, it could be programmed so that when the garage door closes during nighttime, the outside and hallway lights switch on at the same time or the garage door opens automatically when you drive up to your home. If the respective Smart Home system allows for remote access via the internet, the garage door can be conveniently opened on the go, e.g. so that the postman can deposit a package or to check the status of the taught-in devices.
SupraMatic 4
Open your door with the SupraMatic operator quickly and easily using a hand transmitter and drive directly from the street into your garage. Thanks to the standard Bluetooth receiver, you can also operate your door via the Hörmann BlueSecur app. This way you always carry your door opener with you on your smartphone. The SupraMatic garage door operator provides even illumination of the garage with energy-efficient LED lighting. The operator cover made of stainless steel gives the operator an elegant, exclusive design. In addition, the SupraMatic features a particularly low power consumption, using less than 1 watt in standby mode. Optionally, the operator can also be networked with external Smart Home systems.
ProMatic 4
With the garage door operator ProMatic 4 and a hand transmitter or radio switch, you can open your garage door quickly and easily. The bright LED lighting and the ventilation position of the operator, which allows you to ventilate your garage automatically, is an especially convenient feature. The ProMatic is particularly energy-saving, using less than 1 watt in standby mode. Optionally, the operator can also be networked with external Smart Home systems.
And thanks to the ProMatic Akku, you can enjoy all the benefits of an automatic operator with garages without a power connection. It can be charged via a regular power outlet or, for extra convenience, via an optional solar module.

This extremely secure BiSecur encryption protocol, developed by Hörmann, with a stable, interference-free range makes sure that no one can copy your radio signal. It was tested and certified by security experts at Bochum university and independent test institutes.
Safe
Burglars have a tough time when it comes to Hörmann automatic garage doors: When the garage door is closed, the anti-lift kit automatically engages in the guide rail stop. The door locks immediately and is secured against forced opening. This lock is purely mechanical and, in contrast to operators from other manufacturers, effective even in the event of a power failure.
